By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Custom PC builds.
Made-to-order DKBPC gaming computers.
Computer components and accessories.
PC repair and diagnostics.

One-on-One consultations and component selection assistance.
Computer setup and related technology services.

Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, availability, features, and compatibility information are provided to the best of our knowledge but may change without prior notice.

3. One-on-One Consultations

DkBuildsPC may offer paid one-on-one consultations for PC planning, component selection, compatibility review, upgrades, troubleshooting, business technology needs, or other technical guidance.

Consultations are advisory services based on the information provided by the customer and the product information, pricing, and availability reasonably available at the time of the consultation.

DkBuildsPC does not guarantee that:

Recommended products will remain available or maintain the same price.
Future hardware, software, games, drivers, or updates will remain compatible.
A recommended configuration will achieve a specific FPS, benchmark score, latency, temperature, or performance result.
Third-party product descriptions, specifications, warranties, or compatibility information are complete or error-free.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all recommendations before purchasing products or making changes to their systems.

Unless expressly included in the consultation description or agreed to in writing, the consultation fee does not include hardware, software, installation, assembly, diagnostics, remote access, ongoing technical support, product purchasing, or additional research after the consultation.

Requests that exceed the scheduled consultation time or the original scope may require an additional appointment or separate fee.

Consultation payments, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

4. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request does not create an order or guarantee acceptance by DkBuildsPC.

Quotes are estimates prepared using the information available at the time they are created. Component pricing, availability, shipping costs, taxes, and other factors may change before an order is placed.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been received and confirmed by DkBuildsPC.

5. Orders & Payment

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
Orders may be placed through our website, personalized invoices, or other approved purchasing methods.
Payment must be received before products are shipped or services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, payment issues, or other legitimate business reasons.

Customers may request services using hardware they already own.

When customer-supplied components are used, DkBuildsPC is not responsible for:

Compatibility issues between supplied components.
Hidden defects or manufacturer defects.
Missing accessories or hardware.
Manufacturer warranty coverage.
Shipping delays involving customer-owned components.
Performance limitations caused by customer-selected hardware.

7. Pricing & Component Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change before an order is confirmed.
Component pricing and availability may change without notice.

If a quoted component becomes unavailable before an order is completed, DkBuildsPC will notify the customer and discuss suitable alternatives before proceeding whenever the substitution would materially change the agreed build.

Shipping, delivery estimates, carrier selection, tracking information, shipping damage procedures, and related policies are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Warranty coverage, workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranties, exclusions, and limitations are described in our Warranty Policy.

12. Performance Disclaimer

Actual computer performance depends on many factors, including hardware configuration, software, operating system updates, game updates, drivers, background applications, monitor settings, internet connection, user settings, and future software changes.

Any benchmark results, FPS estimates, expected performance figures, or hardware recommendations provided before purchase are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DkBuildsPC shall not be liable for:

Loss of data or software.
Business interruption or lost profits.
Pre-existing hardware or software issues.
Damage caused by customer modifications, misuse, neglect, accidents, overclocking, malware, viruses, liquid damage, power surges, or environmental conditions.
Failures or delays caused by third-party manufacturers, shipping carriers, software providers, internet providers, or payment processors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DkBuildsPC’s total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

All website content, including text, graphics, images, logos, branding, software, layouts, documentation, and other materials, is owned by DkBuildsPC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
