Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped by Adrian Louise LLC d/b/a DkBuildsPC.
1. Processing Times
- Accessories & small parts: Typically ship within 1–3 business days.
- Used or refurbished PCs: Typically ship within 3–7 business days.
- Custom PC builds: Typically ship within 3–7 business days after all parts are received and payment is confirmed.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on part availability, order volume, and unforeseen delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We generally ship via:
- UPS (preferred carrier for systems).
- USPS or other carriers may be used in some cases.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected service. Certain local delivery or pickup options may be offered at our discretion.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (when available). It is your responsibility to monitor tracking and be available to receive the package.
5. Risk of Loss & Damage in Transit
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the box, packaging, and any visible damage.
- Contact the carrier to initiate a damage claim.
- Contact us at info@dkbuildspc.com so we can assist where possible.
6. International Shipping
International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Buyers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and import fees.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
