Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Adrian Louise LLC d/b/a DkBuildsPC (“DkBuildsPC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Custom PC Builds

Custom PCs are built specifically for you based on your requirements. Because of this, they are considered custom-made products.

  • No refunds are available once parts for your build have been purchased.
  • If you request a cancellation before we purchase any parts, we may issue a refund minus any processing fees charged by payment processors.
  • Once assembly begins, the order is final and non-refundable.

2. Used & Refurbished PCs

For used or refurbished PCs sold by DkBuildsPC:

  • You have a 7-day return window from the date of delivery or pickup.
  • Items must be returned in the same physical condition as delivered, with all included accessories.
  • We may apply up to a 15% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning, repackaging, and payment processing costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Parts, Accessories & Components

  • New parts and accessories may be eligible for return only if unopened and in resaleable condition within 7 days of delivery.
  • Opened items may be refused or subject to a restocking fee, at our discretion.
  • Some items may be final sale and not eligible for returns; this will be stated on the product listing when applicable.

4. Services (Repair, Cleaning, Optimization & Remote Work)

All service-based work—including repairs, cleaning, optimizations, software configuration, and remote support—is charged for time and expertise.

  • All services are non-refundable.
  • If you experience an issue related to a recent service within 7 days, you may contact us at info@dkbuildspc.com, and we may, at our discretion, re-check the system and attempt to resolve the issue.
  • This does not guarantee free replacement of failing hardware or new services outside of the original scope.

5. Digital & Remote Services

Digital consultations, remote optimizations, and configuration services are non-refundable once the service has started, delivered, or access to materials has been provided.

6. Return Conditions

To be eligible for an approved return:

  • You must contact us first at info@dkbuildspc.com to obtain return approval and instructions.
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Any damage caused by inadequate packaging, misuse, modifications, or physical impact may result in partial refund or denial of the refund.

7. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees and shipping costs.
  • Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
