  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation.
  • Payment must be completed before products are shipped or services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • Custom PC build orders cannot be refunded once parts have been purchased. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for more details.

Except as expressly stated in our warranty documents, all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any guarantees of specific performance metrics (including FPS, benchmarks, or future compatibility).

  • Pre-existing hardware or software issues.
  • Damage caused by user modification, overclocking, misuse, or neglect.
  • Power surges, environmental damage, or third-party actions.

In any case, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service at issue.
