Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to appointments, consultations, services, and orders provided by Adrian Louise LLC d/b/a DkBuildsPC (“DkBuildsPC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Because many of our products and services require scheduling, planning, component ordering, or reserved time, cancellations are subject to the terms below.
1. One-on-One Consultations
Customers may cancel or reschedule a consultation by contacting DkBuildsPC before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are not eligible for a refund.
- Consultation fees become non-refundable once the scheduled consultation begins.
If DkBuildsPC must cancel or reschedule a consultation, the customer may choose either a full refund or a new appointment at no additional cost.
2. Custom PC Orders
Customers may request to cancel a custom PC order before assembly or configuration has begun.
If components, software, or other materials have already been ordered, purchased, configured, or assembled specifically for the customer, DkBuildsPC may deduct any non-recoverable costs or supplier charges from any refund.
Once assembly or customization has substantially begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will instead be governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
3. Service Appointments
Customers requesting to cancel or reschedule repair, optimization, installation, or other service appointments should provide as much advance notice as possible.
If work has already begun, DkBuildsPC may retain payment for labor, diagnostics, research, travel, or other services already performed.
4. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
If a customer fails to attend a scheduled consultation or appointment without prior notice, DkBuildsPC may treat the appointment as a no-show.
Consultation fees are non-refundable after a no-show. Other scheduled services may require a new appointment and may be subject to additional fees.
5. Delays Caused by Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Occasionally, services or custom PC builds may be delayed due to shipping carriers, supplier availability, manufacturer delays, severe weather, power outages, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such delays do not automatically entitle a customer to cancel an order or receive compensation, although DkBuildsPC will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed and provide appropriate solutions whenever possible.
